A supporter CRM that speaks district

Owner-gated sending, structurally
Editors draft and submit; only owners approve, schedule, and send. Rejections carry reasons and hard-block sending. Nobody can email your list without an owner's approval — that's the role model, not a setting. Consent is re-checked immediately before every batch, and staff physically cannot re-subscribe anyone who used an unsubscribe link.
Legislator intelligence
Alignment computed from your own recorded positions against actual roll calls — never hand-set, recomputed on every read. In Tennessee, this layer recovered hundreds of seats that present-day roster feeds simply miss.
